Responsibilities

Gwen provides financial and administrative support for the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Mechanics (BEAM).  Responsibilities include ordering supplies and equipment and providing general administrative assistance to assigned faculty, instructors, and graduate students.  Gwen also provides financial assistance across the department assisting faculty and staff with updating financial worksheets, processing reimbursements, assists with department reconciliations and resolves outstanding encumbrance issues involving accounts payable and travel.
