Responsibilities
Joshua manages and supports the information technology infrastructure for the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Mechanics (BEAM). Responsibilities include managing BEAM’s computers, networks, servers, and security protocols. Joshua also maintains software and hardware inventory and assists with purchasing technology for the department.
Education
Joshua graduated from Morehead State University in December of 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Background
Joshua has been with Virginia Tech since 2023. Before joining Virginia Tech Joshua worked for New River Computing as an IT Engineer and prior to that he was an Information Technology Coordinator at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College.
