Taylor Kerr

ESM B.S. '18

Picture of Taylor Kerr

"One of my favorite things about my engineering science and mechanics degree is the versatility that it provides. While I have dreamed of being an engineer since I was a little girl, I still had many interests within the engineering field that made it difficult to choose exactly what I wanted to study in school.

"With my ESM degree, I've been able to explore my interests in the biomedical engineering field by working in Dr. Vincent Wang's Orthopedic Mechanobiology Lab as well as work full time as a systems design engineer for some of the world's top fighter aircraft."

Taylor Kerr graduated with a B.S. in engineering science and mechanics in May 2018. She now works as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
