Dr. Jonathan Boreyko
Department of Mechanical Engineering
Jonathan Boreyko is an assistant professor at Virginia Tech in mechanical engineering. He does research in interfacial fluid mechanics, surface wettability of micro/nano-structured materials, phase-change heat transfer (condensation, frost, evaporation, and boiling), biomimetic engineering, water and energy harvesting, droplet dynamics, and synthetic trees.
Jonathan Boreyko received his two bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics at Trinity College. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
